<br />. <br /> <br />DESIGNATION AND APPROVAL ACTION <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Greeley, Colorado, this 27th day of March 2001, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as detailed floodplain information the I DO-year floodplain delineations for the <br />Uncomphallgre River within the Town of Ridgway contained in said Flood ,Insurance Study dated <br />September 27,1985 and Hydrology Addendum dated May 2001; and " <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tbe Board does hereby designate and approve as <br />approximate floodplain information the I DO-year :floodplain delineations for Cottonwood Creek for the <br />Town of Ridgway contained in said Flood Insuratlce Study dated September 27, 1985 and Hydrology <br />Addendum dated May 2001; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a certified <br />copy of this resolution to Town of Ridgway and the Federal Emergency Management Agency Region <br />8. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the <br />members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at Greeley, Colorado <br />on the 27th day of March 2001, at which a quorum was present. <br /> <br /> <br />· ~6L <br /> <br />Rod Kuharich, Director <br /> <br />res-542,doc twb <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />3 <br />
