August 23: 2001Z to 2309Z <br /> <br />Please note that HMS will be re-cons~ituting rainfall during all of the above time <br />periods and a clearer picture of the contribution of antecedent moisture to either <br />the occurrence or non-occurrence of flash flooding in the basin may be gained. <br />HMS will prepare a final report which presents a description of the . <br />meteorological sub-cloud and cloud layer weather factors which produced the <br />event, storm-tracks of the stOrm's radar ech9 movementlcoverage-across the <br />basins and figur9$ of the -time distribution and intensity of the associated rainfall. <br /> <br />The cost of each re-constitution varies by the amount of radar data which will be <br />analyzed for each of the three event dates. The table matrix of <<csts below <br />identifies the cost foreach~~aOd the number of hOU.rs of radar data . <br />.. analyzed. Please note that a fower cost per event cost IS offered for the election <br />of re-c;:onstitution of all three events. .
