Colorado <br /> <br />Radar Station. The thunderstorm was centered over the upper <br /> <br />one-half of the basin with pnak rainfall at Reiradon Hill; Logan <br /> <br />County. Colorado. The Henz Report and cumulative rainfall <br /> <br />distribution values are presented on Exhibit 1 and Rxhibit 2. <br /> <br />respectively. From the Henz analysis. it was determined that two <br /> <br />major thunderstorm cells par,sed through eastern Colorado which <br /> <br />occurred on the evening of July 29. 1989 and the morning of July <br /> <br />30. 1989. respectively.
