Make initial contact with ewCB, UDFCD and other organizations/agencies as <br />appropriate to determine the existing status of data concerning: <br /> <br />1. Identification of existing flood hazards. <br /> <br />2. Preliminary inventory of flood damages and repetitive losses. <br /> <br />3. Status of floodplain mapping. <br /> <br />4. StrUctural and nonstructural flood hazard mitigation needs. <br /> <br />B. Review and Summarize existing state and Federal programs regarding flood <br />mitigation and floodplain management. The summary will identify each program, <br />its objective, and any partnership opportunities that may be available. Include out- <br />of-state programs as appropriate. <br /> <br />Develop and send out the questionnaire to communities. This will include questions to <br />obtain data and information with regard to: <br /> <br />A. Identification of existing flood hazard. <br /> <br />B. Inventory of flood damages and repetitive losses. <br /> <br />C. Status of floodplain mapping. <br /> <br />D.
