The original townsite, with smaller lots, more densely populated, <br />especially areas east of Grand Avenue, gets washes regularly from heavy storms. <br />Daryl and Beulah Kelley, 904 8th Street <br />Flood waters ruined the front yard with mud, sticks, rocks, <br />other debris.
