My thoughts <br />regarding these detailed reviews are that they only be performed <br />on funded projects; however, should your department require a <br />detailed evaluation for a project under consideration before <br />funding, we will be happy to respond. <br /> <br />I consider our reviews in compliance with the requirements <br />of the Federal Executive Order 11988 and the State Executive Order <br />8504.
