WlIEREAS, the Denve~ Regional Council of Governments has

requested the Colorado Water Conservation Board to designate and

approve the flood hazard areas as set forth in the aforesaid U. S.

Corps of Engineers Flood Plain Information Report; and

WHEREAS, the staff of the Board has reviewed said Flood

plain Information Rcport and does hereby recommend to the Colorado

Water Conservation Board that said Board designate and approve

only the intermediate regional flood hazard 2Irea as set forth in

said o!'eport;

NOW, TllEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water

Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado,

this 7th day of May, "1969, that it designates and approves as a

flood hazilrd area that area described as being inundated by an

intermediate regional flood as set forth inthc Flood Plain In-

formation Report for the Denver Metropolitan Region, Volume IV; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board

is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the

Denver Regional Council of Governments and to the governing boards

of all cities and counties covered by the said Corps of Engineers

flood plain information report.
