This makes a <br />very effective emergency flood levee. <br /> <br />Although difficult, missing poly can be placed in <br />the wet. The poly should be opened and <br />anchored with sandbags on the water side of the <br />levee. It may then be draped over the levee and <br />capped in place. While this method is not as <br />effective as poly properly anchored in a key <br />trench, it will significantly reduce the water <br />infiltration through the sandbag levee. <br /> <br />17 <br />
