This is particularly <br />true in uneven terrain. Sandbag teams should <br />adhere to elevation markers which have been <br />established by the engineers and survey team. <br /> <br />Once the proper elevation has been obtained, <br />the poly must be capped in place. The poly <br />should be snugged up on the water side and <br />draped over the top of the emergency levee. <br />Several sandbags are then placed on top of the <br />poly to secure it. <br /> <br />15 <br />
