<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Plain Information Report and does hereby recommend to the Colorado <br /> <br />Water Conservation Board that said Board designate and approve only <br /> <br />the intermediate regional flood hazard area as set forth in said <br /> <br />report; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Con- <br /> <br /> <br />servation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br /> <br /> <br />this 14th day of January, 1970, that it designates and approves as <br /> <br />a flood hazard area that area described as being inundated by an <br /> <br />intermediate regional flood as set forth in the Flood Plain Informa- <br /> <br />tion aeport for Goodnight Arroyo, Dry Creek and Wild Horse-Dry <br /> <br />Creek, Pueblo, Colorado; and <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br /> <br /> <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Pueblo <br /> <br /> <br />aegional Planning commission, Pueblo, Colorado, and to the govern- <br /> <br /> <br />ing boards of all cities and counties covered by the said corps <br /> <br />of Engineers Flood Plain Information Report. <br /> <br />C E R T X F I CAT ~ <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of <br /> <br />a resolution adopted by a majority of the members of the Colorado <br /> <br />Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at Denver, <br /> <br />Colorado, on the 14th day of January, 1970. <br /> <br />FLS:lk <br /> <br />FELIX L.
