<br /> <br />The owner has occupied the house since 1970. He experienced <br />damaging floods in March 1975 when the first floor was covered to <br />a depth of 10 inches and again in March 1976 when flood waters <br />were 20 inches deep over the first floor. Data furnished by the owner in subsequent <br />contacts before, during, and after the structure raising were used <br />as the basis of this report. <br /> <br />4 <br />
