Enclosed is the information you requested concerning hydrology and
hydraulics of various creeks in Ad""'. County. Also included is a
profile for Big Dry Creek, comparinq our study to a previous study
done in 1973 by Wright-McLaughlin entitled "Big Dry Creek." OUr
comparison shows there to be very little difference in elevations.

Also requested was a comparison for Niver Creek in Mama COunty.
A report was done in 1974 by ECl for the Orban Drainaqe and Flood
Control District entitled "Water and Drainaqe of Niver Creek--
Phase B." This study developed a profile usinq future basi.n con-
ditions along with full channel modifications and two detention
dams. Our study was done using present basin conditions along
with any channel modifications - that had been oonstruoted up to
that time. These improvements did include some drop structures
Whioh were field checked and surveyed. However, the two detention
dams, one at 1-25 and the other near 88th Avenue, had not been
bull t and consequently were not included in our analysie.

Because of the differenoes in present conditions at the time of
our report and future proposed conditions, a comparison between
the two would not be very conclusive. Therefore, I have enclosed
a copy of only our profile of Niver Creek without oomparinq it to
the profile in the ECI Report.
