<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Project Officer (pO)-A FEMA staff member in the Regional Office or in Headquarters who <br />performs contract monitoring functions, which include providing technical direction to FEMA <br />contractors, monitoring the progress of contractors' work, and evaluating contractor <br />performance. <br /> <br />Proposed Base Flood Elevations/Depths and Propolled Modified Base Flood <br />ElevationslDepths- Those Base Flood Elevations and base flood depths that FEMA <br />publishes in a local newspaper and in the Federal Register at the start of the 90-day appeal <br />period. <br /> <br />Protest-An objection to any information, other than BFEs, shown on an NFIP map that is <br />submitted by community officials or interested citizens through the community officials during <br />the 90-day appeal period. . <br /> <br />Q3 Flood Data Product-A digital representation of certain features of the FIRM that is <br />intended for use with desktop mapping and Geographic Information System technology.
