Glondys isa Senior Project Engineer for Woodward-Clyde Federal Services <br />(WCFS) and has over 22 years of professional experience in all aspects of water resources <br />engineering, including project management; feasibility studies; riverine hydrologic and <br />hydraulic evaluations; flood mitigation; floodplain mapping and FEMA map revisions; floodplain <br />management; Federal, Slate and local floodplain regulations and compliance; site planning; <br />floodplain and storm water ordinance preparation; and public meetings. He is currently the <br />Woodward-Clyde Federal Services Midwest representative for several FEMA contracts <br />involving floodplain management, the NFIP regulations, data collection, training, planning, and <br />project evaluation for f10Cid mitigation projects. Don has been a WCFS task order manager for <br />the evaluation of the engineering feasibility, cost-effectiveness and program compliance for <br />over 280 FEMA HMGP evaluation projects. Prior to joining WCFS, he worked for the US Army <br />Corps of Engineers, FEMA, a FEMA TEC and several consulting engineering firms.
