The firit feature is an Existing <br />pond that is located in the southeasterly portion of the site. This <br /> <br />pond was appar'ently built as either a ~Iaterin~ pond or as i\ small <br /> <br />storage facility for irrigation water: The s~cond feature is an <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br /> <br />existing irrigation canal that flows in a northeasterly direction <br />from the west side of the property to the north side. A small <br /> <br />irrigation lateral comes off the main irrigation canal and cuts south <br />easterly across the property and enters the E3st Glenn Subdivision <br />half Vlay betweer Cherry Hay and Dexter Way.~ccording to the master <br />draina.ge study 1 hat was performed by Merrick 3nd Company for the City <br />of Thornton~ the t.lountain Viel'l Subdivision li?s in the Branter Gulch <br /> <br />Drainage Basin. The northern section of the ;ubdivision was modeled <br /> <br />in part 4 and t~e southern portion modeled in part 3.
