Dry Creek Road and Wash- <br />ington Street; Washington Street between Clarkson and Davies <br />Avenue; Davies Avenue between Washington and Pennsylvania <br />Street; and Pennsylvania Street between Davies and Costilla <br />Avenue. The elementary school playground at Pennsylvania <br />and Davies will be flooded as well as the area between the <br />canal and Costilla Avenue. possible flow depths range from <br />1 to 2.5 feet and velocities of up to 7.5 F.P.S. may be <br />expected. <br />Minimal flooding potential exists south of Dry Creek Road~ <br />Residential development began in this area after mapping <br />was completed, but preliminary plans indicate that this con- <br />struction will not be in the flood plain. <br /> <br />-7- <br />
