<br />The recommended methodology for obtaining laO-year discharge rates for th(: Florida River <br />below Lemon Dam is the third methodology described ahove. The method consists of adding a <br />discharge rate from the dam of 900 cfs to a peak flow computed for the portion of the basin <br />below the dam using the CWCB regional regression equations. The appropriate CWCB <br />regressior, equation has been previously presented in this document. <br /> <br />Flows for tributary streams to the rlorida River studied by approximate methods were also <br />determined using the CWCB regional regression equations, The results of this analysis are <br />presented in Table 2. <br /> <br />A :;hort reach of the Animas River between Smith Lake and East Animas Road north of Durango <br />is also studied by approximate methods in the 1995 :FlS, Detailed study of the stream begins <br />immediately downstr,eam of East Animas Road anel. the (Lscharge rate used in the detailed study <br />has been adopted for use in the short approximate reach upstream, The adopted flow rate is <br />presented in Table 2. <br /> <br />'7 <br />
