<br />FOREl10RD <br /> <br />This document has been developed to provide engineers working <br />with the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District with a methodology <br />to systematically prepare and display the information needed to select <br />among alternative UDFC projects, It grew out of a research project <br />involving District officials, Colorado State University, Leonard Rice <br />Consulting Water Engineers and W, J, Shoemaker, an attorney and State <br />Senator, The work was financed by the U_S, Office of Water Research <br />and Technology and the District, It was coordinated through the CSU <br />Environmental Resources Center, Norman A, Evans, Director, <br />Authors of the or-iginal draft were Neil S, Grigg of CSU with <br />Leslie H, Botham and Leonard Rice of Leonard Rice Consulting Water <br />Engineers, Valuable suggestions have been made by Ken Wright and <br />other members of Wright-McLaughlin Engineers, most recently David J, <br />Love; by Steve Behrens of URS; by Ron Halley and Bill Ruzzo of I-ydro- <br />Triad, Ltd,; and cont-inuously by District officials L, Scott Tucker, <br />Ben Urbonas and Bi 11 DeGroot, <br />
