<br />ATTACHMENT NO.2 <br />STUDY REVIEW SUMMARY OF PROBLEMS <br /> <br />PROFILE SHEETS <br /> <br />Volume 2 <br />· Bear Creek cross section A in the Floodway Data Table has an elevation of 5943.4 <br />but profile sheet shows approximately 5944.4. <br />· Bear Creek cross sections I - AB are shown on profile sheets 02P-07P but are <br />missing from Floodway Data Table. <br />· The flooding source Beckers Lane Tributary is shown on profile sheet 08P but is <br />missing from the Floodway Data Table. <br />· The flooding source Big Valley is shown on profile sheet 09P but is missing from <br />Floodway Data Table. <br />· The flooding source Carpenter Creek - Palmer Lake, which is shown on profile sheet <br />17P is not included in the Floodway Data Table. <br />· Cottonwood Creek cross section V has an elevation in the Floodway Data Table of <br />6474.9 but the Profile Sheet shows approx. 6468.0. <br />· Dirty Woman Creek cross section A has an elevation in the Floodway Data Table of <br />6862.3 but the profile sheet shows approx. 6869.2. <br />· The flooding source Dry Creek is shown on profile sheets 49P-56P but is missing <br />from Floodway Data Table. <br /> <br />Volume 3 <br />· Jimmy Camp Creek cross section Y has a Floodway Data Table elevation of 5616.5 <br />but the profile sheet shows approximately 5618.2. <br />· Kettle Creek cross section M in the Floodway Data Table has a distance of 10,460 ft <br />but the profile sheet shows 10,360 ft. Elevations in table and profile match for the <br />cross section. <br />· The elevation scale on Monument Creek profile sheet 148P is 10 ft too low. The <br />elevation range should be 6190 to 6270 rather than the range of 6180 to 6260 that is <br />shown. <br />· Profile sheet distances and elevations do not match the Floodway Data Table for any <br />of the cross sections listed in the table for Pine Creek. Additionally, the table lists <br />data only for cross sections A through K while the profiles extend much further to <br />cross section W. <br />· Floodway Data Table distances for Sand Creek cross sections BX through CP (the <br />upstream of limit of detailed modeling) are approximately 1,200 ft less than shown on <br />the profile sheets. The profile sheets appear to be correct. Cross section elevations <br />on the profile sheets match the elevations shown in the table. <br />· The flooding source Sand Creek Center Tributary Overflow, which is documented on <br />profile sheet 208P, is missing from the Floodway Data Table. <br /> <br />Volume 4 <br />· South Shooks Run <br />
