An <br />activity may have been authorized by a pre- <br />viously issued permit, may exist from a time <br />before a Corps permit was required or may <br />be constructed on adjacent upland. <br /> <br />Block 9. Information about approvals or <br />denials by other government agencies. <br />You may need approval or certification from <br />other Federal, interstate, state, or local gov- <br />ernment agencies for the activity described <br /> <br />"" <br /> <br />in your application. Applications you have <br />submitted, and approvals, certifications, or <br />disapprovals that you have received should <br />be recorded in Block 9. It is not necessary <br />to obtain other Federal, state, and local per- <br />mits before applying for a Corps of Engi- <br />neers permit. <br /> <br />Block 10. Signature of applicant or agent. <br />The application must be signed in Block 10 <br />by the owner, lessee, or a duly authorized <br />agent. The person named in Block 3 will be <br />accepted as the officially designated agent <br />of the applicant. The signature will be <br />understood to be affirmation that the appli- <br />cant possesses the requisite property inter- <br />est to undertake the proposed activity. <br />
