<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />FPR 93-345 <br /> <br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD <br />721 State Centennial Building <br />1313 Sherman Street <br /> <br />March 5, 1993 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, completed a <br />floodplain information report entitled "Big Dry Creek, Little Dry Creek, Greenwood Gulch, <br />Weir Gulch, Lakewood Gulch, South Lakewood Gulch, McIntyre Gulch, Little Dry Creek, <br />Grange Hall Creek, Volume IV, Denver Metropolitan Region, Colorado" dated October <br />1968; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the Denver <br />Regional Council of Governments by Resolution No.2, adopted on May 7, 1969, approved <br />and designated the floodplains described ill the aforesaid report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, completed a <br />floodplain information report entitled "Floodplain Information, Goldsmith Gulch, Dutch <br />Creek, Lilley Gulch and Coon Creek, Volume VI, Denver Metropolitan Region, Colorado <br />"dated October 1971; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the Denver <br />Regional Council of Governments by Resolution No. 15, adopted on December 15, 1971, <br />approved and designated the floodplain described in the aforesaid report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, McCall, Ellington and Morril, Inc. under contract to the Denver <br />Regional Council of Governments completed a floodplain information report entitled "Major <br />Drainageway Planning, Little Dry Creek" dated February 1974; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation board, as requested by the Urban <br />Drainage and Flood Control District by Resolution No. 31, adopted on June 21, 1974, <br />approved and designate the floodplains which are consistent with the floodplain information <br />as presented in the Flood Insurance Study dated March 4, 1991 described in the aforesaid <br />report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Gingery and Associates, Inc. under contract to the Urban Drainage and <br />Flood Control District, completed a floodplain information report entitled "Flood Hazard <br />Area Delineation, Goldsmith Gulch and Tributaries" dated June 1976; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board as requested by the Urban <br />Drainage and Flood Control District by Resolution No. 61, adopted on November 11, 1976, <br />approved and designated the floodplains described in the aforesaid report; and <br />
