Arry safety <br />haIDess, or lanyard, subject to an imp'lct load <br />because it s'lopped an individual from falling, as <br />d~'linguished from :static: load testing, must be dis- <br />c:a~ded and replaced, and shall not bll u'led again. <br /> <br />(0) LiI"line cables sh,dl' be secured to a slructural <br />mllmber.
