<br />15. PERFORMANCE OF P.U.D. AND REVISIONS <br /> <br />The Tiger Run P.U.D. shall be subject to an annual review by the COUNTY, at a <br /> <br />date to be determined by the COUNTY, but no later than December of each calendar <br /> <br /> <br />year unt~l the P.U.D. and its improvements are completed. as described on the <br /> <br />Master Plan and Exhibits.B and C. The items to be covered in the ~nnual review <br /> <br />include: <br /> <br />A. Performance of phasing schedule <br />B. Sewer and water facilities <br /> <br />C. Provision of public and private improvements to serve the development <br /> <br />D. Transportation facilities,providing for bus stop facilities when required <br /> <br /> <br />E. Provision of open space and -recreation facilities <br /> <br />F. Maintenance of facilities and landscaping <br /> <br />G. Performance of all other items of the P.U.D. Agreement <br /> <br />. . ( <br />It is understood by the DEVELOPER and the COUNTY that should.development of the <br />P.U.D. as set forth in Exhibit B not occur.._the DEVELOPER .or_ the COUNTY may <br /> <br />initiateca-revi-ew and possible revisions to the P.U.D.. for Tiger Run Resort as <br />set forth herein. <br /> <br />16. - DEFAUtT.AND TERMINATION <br /> <br />Not withstanding,anything-to the- contr~ry-herei-n-c-ontained: <br /> <br />A.
