PEN *

Specifies pen numbers tQ use for plotting on HP
Plotter or color for EGA Screen. Allows color
and line width change. When using an HP Plotter,
Pen 1 is Default for all curves. Fields 3 through 9
contain pen numbers to use for curves 1 through
7. If computed curve is plotted, pen number in
Field 3 is used, Field 4 for expected probability
and Field 5 for confidence limits. For observed
points, Field 3 is used for observed, Field 4 for
high outlier, and Field 5 for low outlier.
Field 2 is used for grids, title and notes. When
ploting on EGA Screen Default Pen colors are:
1 = Black, 2 = Red, 3 = Green, 4 = Blue, 5 = Cyan,
6 = Magenta, 7 = Yellow, and 8 = White. These
colors may be changed with the pen command.
NOTE: If the white color is selected, the
background color will have to be changed. See the
BACKCOLOR Command.

PLOTBLOCK * Adds title block to graph. Fields 2 through 4
contain the name of the data file containing the
plot commands for the title block. That file
contains the following data:
Field 1 = X-coordinate of lower left corner of
text data to be printed.
Field 2 = Y-coordinate of lower left corner of
text data to be printed.
Field 3 = Angle to rotate text.
Field 4 = Character size (l=Small, 2=Med., 3=Lg.)
Field 5-8 = Text to be printed (40 char. max)
Note: If Field 1 is negative, a rectangle will be
drawn with the opposite coordinates of (X1=
absolute value of Field 1, Yl=Field 2) and
(X2=Field 3, Y2=Field 4). There is no limit to
number of records contained in the command file
for the title block.
If Field 4 is negative, the decimal
portion of the number is the pen number.
Example: If Field 4 = -2.3, Medium character
size will be plotted with pen number 3.

Inputs data for observed values. Field 2
contains the number of points to be plotted.
Data for each point are provided on subsequent
records with Field 1 = Plotting Position, and
Field 2 = Discharge.
