When changes to the previously cited FIRM panels and FIS report warrant physical revision and republication in the <br />future, we will incorporate the modifications made by this LOMR at that time. <br /> <br />Although the area covered by this LOMR request is shown on the effective FIRM as within the unincorporated areas of Weld County, a <br />portion of it was annexed by the Town of Frederick on February 25, 1988. <br /> <br />This detennination is based on the flood data presently available. The enclosed documents provide additional infonnation regarding this detennination.
