THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver. <br />Colorado. this 11th day of December. 1987. that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as floodplain areas those said areas <br />described as being inundated by a 100-year flood as described by <br />the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said new <br />report. da ted September 30. 1987. and does. hereby rescind that <br />said portion of Resolution No. 164. dated September 9. 1980; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board does hereby designate <br />and approve as storm or floodwater runoff channels or basins <br />those said areas delineated as Zone A in the said Flood <br />Insurance Study for unincorporated Douglas County, contingent <br />upon the understanding that Douglas County will regulate the <br />stor~ and floodwater runoff channels (Zone Al on a case-by-case <br />basis subject to a detailed hydrologic and hydraulic analysis by <br />a professional enginee~; and <br /> <br />-5- <br />
