<br />WHEREAS, Howard, Needles, Tammen and Bergendoff, under
<br />contract with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, completed
<br />ill March, 1980, a report entitled "Flood Insurance Study,
<br />Douglas county, Colorado, Unincorporated Areasl" and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included
<br />information for the following streams:
