<br />WHEREAS, the approximate floodplain information in said report dated September 18, <br />1987 in the City of Longmont is consistent with the requirements for approximate information <br />listed under the Board's "Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains <br />and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1). <br /> <br />DESIGNATION AND APPROVAL ACTIOl"1 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Grand Junction, Colorado, this 11 th day of May 1998, that it does <br />hereby designate and approve as detailed information the storm or floodwater runoff channels or <br />basins within the City of Longmont described by detailed floodplain information in said report <br />dated September 18, 1987; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board that it does <br />hereby designate and approve as approximate ir1formation the storm or floodwater runoff channels <br />or basins within the City of Longmont described by approximate floodplain information in said <br />report dated September 18, 1987; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board that it does <br />hereby rescind as approximate and detailed information the storm or floodwater runoff channels or <br />basins within the City of Longmont described in Resolutions Nos. 77 and 354.12 dated January <br />1977 and August I, 1983, respectively (Table 1, Ref. No.3 and 7); and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the City of I.,ongmont; the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Boulder County; the Colorado Office of Emergency Management; the U.S. Army Corps of <br />Engineers, Omaha District; and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region 8. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority <br />vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Grand Junction, Colorado, on the 11 th day of May 1998, at which a quorum was present <br /> <br />'?~~._~ <br /> <br />Peter Evans, Acting Director <br /> <br />res-463.doc twb <br /> <br />4 <br />
