<br />e <br /> <br />-e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the TR-20 models developed by Love and Associates were successfully calibrated <br />to the 1979 flood peak data. <br /> <br />DESIGNATION AND APPROVAL ACTION <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Breckenridge, Colorado, this 21st day of May 2001; that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as detailed flood hydrology information the 100-year hydrologic data and peak <br />flow values for North Clear Creek, Gregory Gulch, and Chase Gulch in the vicinity of Blackhawk, <br />Colorado presented in said new report dated April 26, 2001; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a certified <br />copy of this resolution to Town of Blackhawk, Gilpin County, and the Federal Emergency <br />Management Agency Region 8. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the <br />members of the Colorado Water Conserva' ard in regular session assembled at Breckenridge, <br />Colorado on the 21" day of May 2001, at ;~/~ <br /> <br /> <br />Rod Kuharich, Director <br /> <br /> <br />res,S47,doc twb <br /> <br />---- <br /> <br />3 <br />
