<br />" <br /> <br />95. STREET: A public thoroughfare 30 feet or more in width <br />which affords a primary means of access to abutting pro- <br />perty. <br /> <br />96. STREET, PRIVATE: A right-of-way or easement in private <br />ownership, not dedicated or maintained as a public street <br />which affords the principal means of access to one (1) or <br />more lots. <br /> <br />97. STRUCTURAL ALTERATIONS: Any change in the supporting mem- <br />bers of a building or structure such as bearing walls, <br />columns, beams, girders, floor joists or roof joists. <br /> <br />98. STRUCTURE: Anything constructed or erected, the use of <br />which requires more or less permanent location on the <br />ground or attachment to something having a permanent loca- <br />tion on the ground. The term shall include "building" as <br />defined herein, <br /> <br />99. STRUCTURE, TEMPORARY: A structure intended and installed <br />not to exceed one year's duration, and to be removed en- <br />tirely at the expiration thereof. <br /> <br />100. TRACT: A parcel of land under common ownership, whether <br />the same shall be divided by public rights-of-way or util- <br />ities or whether the interior portions may be wholly or <br />partially subdivided. <br /> <br />101. TRAVEL TRAILER PADS: That part of an individual trailer <br />space which has been reserved for the placement of a single <br />trailer and its accessory structures. <br /> <br />102. TRAVEL TRAILER PARKING AREA: A parcel of land in which two <br />or more spaces are occupied or intended for occupancy by <br />trailers for transient dwelling purposes. <br /> <br />103. VISIBLE: Means capable of being seen, whether or not legi- <br />ble, without visual aid by a person of normal acuity. <br /> <br />104. YARDS: An open space on the same lot or parcel with the <br />building to the nearest lot line, to be unoccupied and un- <br />obstructed. <br /> <br />a. Front - a yard lying between the foundation of the build- <br />ing and the front line and extending across the full <br />width of the lot or parcel. <br /> <br />b, Side - a yard lying between the building and the side <br />lot line and extending from the front yard line to the <br />rear yard line. <br /> <br />c. Rear - a yard between the building and the rear line and <br />extending across the full width of the lot or parcel. <br /> <br />-14- <br />
