Rupp: <br /> <br />On behalf of Canon City and f'rerront County, we are requesting a <br />progress report on your firm's efforts to totally resolve the Canon City <br />mapping discrepancies outlined to you in our August 12, 1980, letter. <br />As indicated to. you in our phone =nversation on November 18, 1980, <br />Kucera =uld not get the mcx:lels in ta.-m or on the east end of the napping <br />to set properly in the plotter. At this time, the CWCB requested from <br />you copies of your field control notes for use in resolving the control <br />problems and detennining the extent of the error. You indicated at this <br />time that you did not feel your field notes would help us sufficiently <br />and that you preferred to work it out 1t..ith Kucera in your awn manner; <br />since our conversation on the 18t.."', we have not heard from you and thus <br />the reason for this request. <br /> <br />Because you are the prima1.y contractor on this pIoject, we would <br />appreciate very much receh'~g fran you this progress report and a <br />schedule shCM'ing a finn cCHIDletion date for all the corrections so t..loat <br />we may get important conmunity projects 'which are deFendent on this <br />mapping back on track. <br /> <br />Should you have any questions on these. discrepancies, we recc:mrend <br />a rreeting at Kucera to review the specific problens. We also request that <br />you br'.ng with all field notes cormected \-lith this project to any suc.'1 <br />rreeting so that this job cal. be satisfactorily complete.
