<br />surveys for the three areas requested by Kucera and Associates
<br />
<br />in their letter received October 27. These field checks re-

<br />vealed no discrepancies in the initial primary control set by

<br />Ponderosa Engineering. Findings were telephoned to Kerry Dynes

<br />of Kucera and Associates on November 5, 1980, with written
