The Board agreed to provide storm <br />water drainage easements to the river for two drain pipes. <br /> <br />Under this contract, the Board also agreed that it would not permit public access (such <br />as trail access) along the east bank of the river unless it first advises the owner at least <br />30 days in advance and either erects a nine foot fence along the ROW/property line, or <br />enters into a mutually acceptable landscape maintenance agreement <br /> <br />The above referred to contract may not be recorded. <br />
