Vukovich; value of appraisals for parcels 158-A-1TE, 160,
161, and 160-A-1TE totalled $10,625.

SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE TRANSACTION:

The owner obtained an appraisal from Van Court and Company, which firm had some
years previously provided a much higher appraisal for the Board, which appraisal
previously was used for obtaining a parcel from Vukovich. The appraisal by Van Court
for parcels 160, 161 and 160-A-1TE was $35,360. This, with the Board's own appraisal
for parcel 158-A-1TE of $1 ,750, brought the total to $37,110. The settlement of $25,000
was essentially a compromise between the two appraisals.
