Subsequent discussions related to fill material until <br />December, 1987 at which time impasse was reached, this time with Gary Gray, of the <br />Partnership. In early 1988, Gray sold his adjacent property (including his interest in <br />parcel 150) to Ashland Homes. <br /> <br />Subsequent discussions with Ashland Homes resulted in a stipulated court settlement <br />with provisions for the prospective issuance by the CWCB of specified storm drainage <br />easements and execution of a Special Warranty Deed on December 20, 1992. The deed <br />was signed January 22, 1992 and was recorded in Arapahoe County on January 22, 1992 <br />at Book 6383, Page 394. <br />
