The following covenants and agreements relate to the <br />Temporary Fill Easements as described in Exhibits Band C and <br />in no way whatsoever relate to that Temporary Diversion Easement <br />described in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />A. The State, the Corps or their contractors, agents or <br />assigns may enter the property described in Exhibits Band C for <br />the purpose of placing or in some other way disposing of certain <br />fill material, which shall be hereinafter described, upon said <br />property. <br /> <br />B. These Temporary Fill Easements shall be for a period of <br />twelve months. Said period shall begin upon the commencement of <br />construction by the State, the Corps, or their contractors, agents <br />or employees or (date) , whichever shall come first <br />in time.
