Edward J. Krisor, Jr., Esq.
Page 4

Paragraph I. A. 2: CWCB does not agree with the second sentence
of this paragraph. More than one meeting is contemplated by this
contract. Furthermore, the ongoing consultation with CWCB and
the related agencies is one of the most important parts of the
project. This should not be an extra no matter how often it
occurs.

Paragraph III: This should be identical to Paragraph 5 in the
contract.

Paraqraph IV: CWCB feels that these items are not special ser-
vices and should be included within the provisions of either
Section I or II and should not be subject to extra charges.

Paragraph VII: The State does not agree to pay the Contractors E
and 0 premiums as a cost of this project.

When you have had the time to digest all of this information,
contact me and we can schedule a meeting to agree on the final
terms of the draft. If we agree to terms in the next few weeks
we should be able to get this through the State Procurement
approval process by March 1.

Very truly yours

GENERAL

cc: - . ~ 1" -.
