A parcel of land situated in Section 8 and 9, Township 5 South, Range 68 West, County of
Arapahoe, State of Colorado with bearings based upon the west line of the northwest one-
quarter of the northwest one-quarter of said Section 9 being S. 000 09' 04" W. and more
particularly described as follows: _

Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 9:

Thence S. 000 09' 04" W. a distance of 318.35 feet along the west 1i ne of the northwest
one-quarter of the northwest one-quarter of said Section 9 to the POINT OF
8EGINNING, said point also being the northerly corner of that parcel of land
described in Book 3573, Page 320, County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado;
S. 000 09' 04" W. a distance of 317.46 feet continuing along said line to a point
on the easterly right-of-way of the South Platte River, Chatfield Lake downstream
channel improvements;
southerly along the easterly line of said right-of-way the following 4 courses:
S. 390 32' 53" W. a distance of 531. 35 feet to a poi nt of curvature;
southerly 827.60 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, having a central angle
of 1030 50' 44" and a radius of 456.62 feet;
S. 640 17' 47" E. a distance of 321.20 feet to a point of curvature;
southeasterly a distance of 286.29 feet along the arc of a curve to the right
having a central angle of 200 05' 13" and a radius of 816.62 feet to a point on the
westerly line of a parcel of land described in Book 1425, Page 591, County of
Arapahoe, State of Colorado;
southerly along the westerly line of the aforesaid parcel the following 2 courses:
S. 040 50' 00" E. a distance of 137.67 feet;
S. 210 45' 00" E. a distance of 190.10 feet more or less to the northerly right-of-
way of Union Avenue, also know as County Road '1;
