Miller, Attorney at Law, hereby <br />certifies that she is the attorney for the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board, a legally constituted public body under <br />the laws of the State of Colorado, which has undertaken to <br />act as local sponsor for the Downsteam Channel Improvements - <br />Union Avenue Weir, located on the South Platte River in <br />Arapahoe County, State of Colorado; and hereby certifies <br />that, based upon the attached legal descriptions, the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board has acquired by deeds, <br />easements, permits, or licenses the land and rights-of-way <br />identified by the United States Army Corps of Engineers to <br />be necessary for the construction of the Downstream Channel <br />Improvements - Union Avenue Weir. <br /> <br />Dated this 9~ay of July, 1984. <br /> <br /> <br />Water <br /> <br />Attachments <br />
