This Estimate should be used as a <br />preliminary contributed fund to expedite the final process after <br />bids are opened. <br /> <br />We will require that the contributed funds for construction <br />of Union Avenue Weir be available prior to award of this <br />contract. It is requested that a negotiable check, payable to <br />the Omaha District, Corps of Engineers, be furnished to this <br />office after acceptance of bids and prior to the award of the <br />contract. <br />
