<br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />forever warrant and defend the title thereto against the lawful <br />claims of all perscns whomsoever. <br /> <br />7. The provi~ions hereof shall run with the land and shall <br />extend to and be binding upon the assigns and successors of the <br />respective parties hereto. <br /> <br />8. During the term of this agreement, Grantee shall maintain <br />in full force and effect comprehensive liability insurance. Said <br />insurance shall insure the Grantee against any and all claims or <br />liabilities for injury or death to persons or damage to property <br />arising from the Grantee's actions or inactions under this agree- <br />ment in the statutory amounts set forth in section 24-10-114, <br />C.R.S. (1982) as it may be amended from time to time. <br /> <br />9. In the event that the Grantee contracts for the work to <br />be performed hereunder, Grantee shall require its contractors to <br />indemnify, save and hold harmless the Grantee and the Grantor from <br />any and all claims or liabilities whatsoever for injury or death <br />to persons or damage to property arising from the contractor's <br />actions or inactions under this agreement. <br /> <br />10. This contract shall not be 'deemed valid until it shall <br />have been approved by the Controller of the State of Colorado or <br />such assistant as he may designate. This provision is applicable <br />to any contract involving the payment of money by the State. <br /> <br />-7- <br />
