INTRODUC'rION <br /> <br />The "Report on Drainage .I-~ast.er Plan for Westerly Creek, <br />Denv,er-Aurora, Phase A," was prepared for the Urban Drainage <br />and :I"lood Control District by Can'p D)~esser "' McKee Ine. in <br />January 1976. That report provides an overview of the drainage <br />and flood control problems and 1:he qEmen'cl concepts of solutions <br />t:o the problems in the Wes1:erly Creek wio:t.ershed.
