In the <br />original report (Figure III-7, page 33) the flows were routed through <br />three reservoirs; Green Gables, Sta. 231+00; Clairefield Reservoir, <br />Sta. 194+50; and Bit-o-Sea, Sta. 183+00; which are under private owner- <br />ship and could be removed at any time. Because of the uncertain future <br />of these three detention facilities, the hydrology for the supplementary <br />report does not account for their presence. This is felt to be a <br />reasonable approach to defining the flood hazard. <br /> <br />I hope this explanation has answered your question.
