The excess material generated by clearing and grubbing will <br />be placed in rows just beyond the limits of disturbance. The excess material <br />generated by the excavation will be placed onsite in two large islands with no <br />compaction requirements. A riprap inlet structure will be constructed along <br />the Missouri River to help supply water to the complex. <br /> <br />The project was designed by Greenhorne & Q'Mara, Inc. and quantities for the <br />estimate were completed by the same A & E firm. <br /> <br />Contingencies for the project are set at 20%.
