The pilot channel will have riprap inlet and outlet <br />structures, and a grade control structure all of which are sized for <br />the ultimate channel width of 200'. The excess material generated by <br />clearing and grubbing will be placed in rows just beyound the limits of <br />disturbance. The excess material generated by the pilot channel will be <br />placed in a berm along the east side of the channel. Cleared and Grubbed <br />material will be left on site. <br /> <br />The project was designed by Greenborne & Q'Mara, Inc. and quantities for the <br />estimate were completed by the same A & E firm. <br /> <br />Contingencies for the project are set at 20\. planning, Engineering, & <br />Design were assumed to be 5% of construction costs based on the Corp's review <br />comments which are included in the supporting data for this report provided <br />under separate cover.
