<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I>> <br /> <br />~ <br />:30 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 20th day of March 1974 that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as flood hazard areas those areas described as being <br />inundated by an intermediate regional flood as set forth in the <br />Flood Plain Information Report for Fountain and Jimmy Camp Creeks, <br />COlorado Springs, Fountain, El paso County, Colorado, dated <br />March 1973; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board <br />is directed to Send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Board of county Commissioners of El Paso County, to the City <br />Councils of Colorado Springs and Fountain, to the Pikes I'eak Area <br />,Council of Governments, and to tile United States Army Corps of <br />Engineers, Albuquerque District. . <br /> <br />C E R T I ~ I C ~ T E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing isa true and correct copy <br />of a resolution adopted by a majOrity vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation BoarO in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 20th day Of March 1974. <br /> <br />.~ 8' <br />-. . , '/ , . <br />~ . /' P//'l . /J~-c- /~ <br />fELIX L.
