<br />DESIGNATION AND APPROVAL ACTION <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Pueblo, Colorado, this 12th day of May 1997, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as storm or floodwater runoff channels or basins those portions of the South <br />Platte River within the City of Fort Morgan described by revised approximate floodplain <br />information in said new report dated April 1997 with included Flood Insurance Rate Map dated <br />February 5, 1986, with the exception of said inaccurate Zone A floodplain area shown on the <br />included mapping and located just south of Interstate Highway 76 along Sherman Street; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the City of Fort Morgan; the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Morgan County; the City of Brush; the Colorado Office of Emergency Management; the U.5. Army <br />Corps of Engineers, Omaha District; and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority <br />vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Pueblo, Colorado, on the 12th day of May, 1997, at which a quorum was present <br /> <br />\2~ \J, ~. <br /> <br />T Daries C.
