<br />cul~ert under Drake Road. There is al so a newly constructed condominium com-

<br />of Taft flill Road is caused by the high roadernbankment and the limited cap a-
<br />ci ty of the culvert. Two houses al'e in~ndated by the lOO-year flood with
<br />water depths of up to 10ft. deep at that location.
