The two Cochetopa sites and <br />the two Tomichi sites that were retained for further study exhibit advantages <br />and disadvantages that make a definite choice between them very difficult at <br />this level of study. <br /> <br />The major project features and prel iminary cost estimates for each of <br />these five potential storage reservoirs is presented in Table 5.3. All of <br />these potential reservoirs would be formed by earthfill embankment dams with <br />ungated spillways and mult il evel outl et works. Prelimi nary project 1 ayout <br />drawings are shown in Figures 5.2 through 5.6. <br />
