We al-e pleased that <br />you included us on your list of firms to be considered for this work and we are <br />responding in the form of the attached proposal. <br /> <br />We are very enthusiastic about the prospect of working with you on this <br />project. We believe that our qualifications are unsurpassed by any firm in the <br />Rocky Mountain Region. The following specific qualifications are described in <br />more deta i 1 in our prop osa 1 : <br /> <br />o The Project Team which will be assigned to this work has completed more <br />than 50 projects in the last five years involving major hydrologic and <br />hydraulic analyses. The projects include some 25 flood insurance studies <br />in Colorado and Utah, regional hydrologic studies on large rivers and <br />streams along the Front Range and Western Slope of Colorado, and floodplain <br />delineation for major draingeway planning and design projects. <br /> <br />o Patrick F. Mulhern wi 11 be assigned as Project Manager for these <br />investigations. In the last five years he has served as Project Manager <br />for all types of drainage and flood control projects in Colorado, Utah and <br />Wyoming. <br /> <br />o Mr. Mulhern and other members of the Project Team have well established <br />contacts at the Federal Emergency Ma,nagement Agency, the Colorado Water <br />Conservat i on Board, the U.S. Bureau of Rec 1 amat i on, the So i 1 Conservat i on <br />Service, the U.S. Geologic Survey, the U.S. Corps of Engineers, the <br />Colorado Division of Highways, and the State Engineers Office.
